Also known as The Georgian, this classic conservatory is square or rectangular in shape with a ridged roof. Edwardian conservatories offer a clean and simple look with strong bold lines. This has the classical feel of the Victorian but the square corners allow greater use of the space.
Gable conservatories are a variant of the Edwardian conservatory and use the same basic square or rectangluar footprint but instead of the front of the roof sloping back it is upright like the gable end of a house. This flat gable front helps to maximise the natural light flowing into the conservatory and the gable end can be can be supplied in a variety of different styles to suit individual tastes and house styles.

The Lean-to conservatory is also be known as a Mediterranean conservatory or sometimes a Sunroom. This design is ideal to create a non-imposing clean looking extension to your property and is often used where not much space is available under the eaves such as on a bungalow. The pitch of the roof is variable, so that a shallow pitch could fit under a low bungalow roof, whilst a steeper pitch would match the roof of a terraced house

The P-shape conservatory combines a mix of Edwardian or Victorian styles and a lean-to design and is ideal for creating maximum space whilst keeping a sense of proportion in the property. The rounded part of the P-shape conservatory style can be specified in either a three- or five-segment design and the return part can have a hipped roof or a lean-to end. The beauty of the P-shape conservatory style is that it can add much-needed space to the house without taking up too much of the garden space.
The P-shape conservatory creates a versatile style. This is because the conservatory extends in different directions. The P-shape conservatory is, therefore, ideal for using as two separate living areas.
The double-hipped conservatory has a pitched roof on both sides of the conservatory, rather than having a flat face connecting to the house wall.
The roof will often have the addition of a ‘box gutter’ at the rear where rainwater runs down towards the property. This style is ideal for properties with height-restrictions such as bungalows. The front facing pitched roof allows for any style to be accommodated from Edwardian to Victorian.
